Incident Narrative

An employee was trying to secure dunnage in a trailer using a pneumatic nail gun. He was in the process of standing up from a kneeling position when the gun's trigger was caught in his work boots. The tongue of the boots depressed the trigger, causing it to fire a nail into his right lower leg.
