Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning debris from and around a conveyor with an air hose when his arm was caught in the conveyor's pulley, causing him to be pulled into the running belt. He suffered a broken left clavicle, a broken rib on the left side, and abrasions to the torso. The conveyor's guards were removed at the time of the incident to identify why material was getting stuck in the conveyor.
