Incident Narrative

After an employee adjusted a loose belt on a conveyor, the operator began using the conveyor again when it balled up. As the employee attempted to remove the ball-up, the employee's right arm was caught in the conveyor belt, suffering multiple fractures and pulling the skin away from the arm between the mid-bicep and mid-forearm.
