Incident Narrative

An employee was standing between a sheet stacker and a conveyor. The employee hit the switch for the stacker to drop a sheet, which caused the suction head to retract. This resulted in the employee becoming pinned between the suction head and the conveyor chassis. The employee suffered fractured ribs and was hospitalized.
