Incident Narrative

An employee was working with a temporary worker installing electrical wiring and lighting throughout a distribution center. An argument and physical confrontation occurred between the two workers. The injured employee had been thrown to the ground by the temporary worker and extended his hand to break his fall. He was hospitalized for a broken wrist that required surgery.
