An employee was sweeping dirt and debris into a pile to be picked up by a skid steer. A skid steer operator ran over the pile, resulting in a physical altercation between the two employees. The injured employee was struck in the face with the other employee's fist, causing the injured employee to fall to the ground and strike his head. He sustained a jaw fracture and head contusion.
