Incident Narrative
An employee was on a ladder installing a new aerial cable on a utility pole at a height of 15 to 20 feet when a car caught the aerial cable with its bumper and began pulling it down the street. The employee was pulled from the pole and fell, striking a chain link fence before landing on his left side and also hitting a log that was on the ground. He suffered contusions.
