Incident Narrative
On May 16, 2018, a temporary employee had been cutting an aluminum extruded bar stock on a circular saw and then turned the machine off to blow dust off of the blade using an air hose. The blade had not come to a complete stop and nicked him, lacerating his right index fingertip. His fingertip had to later be surgically amputated.
