Incident Narrative
An employee was hydro blasting a vertical pipe with a lancer to unclog the pipe. When the material that was clogging the pipe broke free, it knocked the lancer out of the pipe. The employee was then hit on the left arm by the lancer water pressure, suffering a laceration.
