Incident Narrative

An employee was standing on a truck lift gate while a forklift operator was removing a tub full of coin. The tub shifted and fell to the side, knocking the employee from the lift gate but trapping his ankle underneath the tub and causing him to hang off the gate for a few seconds. His right lower leg suffered a contusion.
