On Saturday, May 5, 2018, at approximately 11:30 AM, an employee was walking through the side wall department when he walked into a piece of lumber (2X4) that was jutting out from a table. The lumber struck his abdomen. The next day, he experienced abdominal pain and was hospitalized with a ruptured spleen.
