Incident Narrative
An employee slipped as he was climbing down a scaffold ladder. He tried to catch himself by grabbing onto the ladder. His left arm hit the ladder clamp, which cut open his left arm (2 inches below his wrist to about 1 inch above his elbow). The cut was approximately 6 inches.
