Incident Narrative

An employee was fabricating a four-post stand. While the employee was bolting the stand together, one of the posts (weighing approximately 1,500 pounds) fell over and struck the employee's head. The impact resulted in fractures to the C6 and C7 vertebrae and a laceration to the employee's head.
