Incident Narrative

An employee was working on slab lifter tongs with another employee. The employee was placing a stone slab wedge to separate bundles so that the clamps could pick up a stone slab. The 400-pound stone slab overturned, pinning the employee between the stone slab and the unloading dock. The employee sustained a broken ankle and was hospitalized.
