Incident Narrative

On March 12, 2018, an employee was installing roof decking on an addition to a school. The employee was in the process of landing the leading edge of the steel decking when they stepped on an unsecured piece of decking material causing it to shift. The employee fell 14.8 feet to the ground below and fractured both hips.
