Incident Narrative

An employee was pulling MC cable on a catwalk and had to step over some ductwork when his heel caught some of the ductwork, causing him to trip off the catwalk and fall 15 feet through a ceiling. He broke the femur, scapula, and patella on the left side of his body. There was no railing on the catwalk at the time of the incident.
