Incident Narrative

An employee has just set his truck up for tree trimming and climbed the steps of the ladder to enter the basket. He noticed he didn't have gloves on so he asked another employee to toss the gloves to him. As he attempted to catch the gloves, he lost his balance and fell approximately 8 feet, 5 inches to the ground, breaking his right tibia. He was hospitalized.
