Incident Narrative

An employee was reaching to grab an air freshener container for the office bathroom when an easel began to fall toward her. As she turned to catch the easel, she twisted her ankle and fell against a supply closet cart, knocking it against the shelving as she fell to the floor. She fractured her tibia and fibula.
