Incident Narrative

An employee was traveling west on a forklift through a warehouse when he impacted another forklift traveling east. The impact was a glancing left front to left front. The injured employee continued to travel and impacted a parked electric pallet jack about 20 feet away. The employee suffered a fractured left femur that required hospitalization and surgery.
