An employee was adjusting a "T" attachment on a loader to carry a bundle of guide rods. The driver of the loader exited it and bumped the steering wheel, causing the "T" attachment to shift. The employee's hand was then caught between the guide rod bundle and the "T" attachment, partially amputating his right ring finger.
