Incident Narrative

An employee was installing home wiring from a 6-foot A-frame ladder when he leaned over to get wire from a coworker and lost his balance. He started to fall and grabbed onto a metal roof frame, which cut four of his fingers and caused tendon damage. He then let go and fell approximately 4 feet.
