Incident Narrative

While loading a loader onto a flatbed trailer, an employee lost control of the equipment, which then fell off the trailer to the ground. The employee was caught between the loader and the ground, suffering a fractured arm, bruised ribs, punctured lung, and neck injury. The employee was hospitalized.
