An employee was installing HVAC equipment in the attic of a home when he stepped onto an un-decked section of the attic and fell through the ceiling to the floor approximately 12 feet below. He suffered several fractured ribs, a fractured left forearm, a right wrist injury, and facial lacerations above his left eye and on his lower lip.
