On December 9, 2021, the injured employee (employee 1) was working with another employee to clean leaves and other material from a metal gutter system located on the edge of an equipment shed. The employees were walking on the shed roof when employee 1 stepped on the cover of a skylight and fell 13 feet through it. Employee 1 sustained a fractured right shoulder.
