On November 24, 2017, an employee picked up a piece of plywood that was covering a hole on a roof. The plywood was not marked as a hole. He stepped forward and fell through the hole to the ground, breaking his elbow and pelvis and suffering a brain bruise and concussion. He was hospitalized.
