Incident Narrative

The injured employee was lifting the brow from a ship in dry dock with a tower crane. The brow moved forward as it was lifted and caused a second employee to fall off the brow onto the weather deck of the ship. The falling employee struck the injured employee pushing the injured employee into the guardrails at the top of the stair platform tower resulting in fractures requiring hospitalization.
