Incident Narrative
An employee was lifting metal tubing with a crane when one of the lifting chains became caught on a wooden block sticking out from under a tube. The load shifted, and a tube fell from a stack of bundled tubing onto the employee resulting in fractures to their jaw, arm, and leg.
