An employee was standing on a docking plate getting ready to load a truck when the truck driver moved the truck. The employee fell and hit his head on the docking plate, then fell approximately 10 feet off the plate to the ground. He suffered bruises and cuts on the back of his head, as well as nose and mouth bleeding.
