Incident Narrative

An employee was repairing a sectional garage door that had been hit by a motor vehicle and knocked partially out of its tracks. The bottom section of the door flexed, causing the rollers to come back out of the track. When this happened, the bottom two panels came out of the track and shot upwards, striking the underside of the employee's arm and knocking him off his ladder. He dislocated his shoulder.
