Incident Narrative

An employee was rolling a trolley away from a coating press. As he was attempting to wheel the trolley between raw material rolls that were on the floor and a cart holding a cylinder, his right pinky finger was smashed between the corner of the trolley and the end of the cylinder. His fingertip was amputated down to the first knuckle.
