Incident Narrative
An employee was using a chop saw to cut a 1 x 4 piece of wood. The employee held the plastic guard of the chop saw with his left hand and pulled the saw down with his right hand. He put pressure on the guard which resulted in the saw cutting the guard and lacerating his left hand.
