Incident Narrative
An employee was holding a pressure washer in his right hand and a drain tube in his left. The drain tube had a small hole in it. When the employee blew water into the drain tube, high-pressure water came out of the hole and lacerated his left hand between the middle and ring fingers. He was hospitalized.
