An employee was helping coworkers install a new manure belt using a cable and pulley system. The cable stopped under tension and the employee went to adjust it. The tension released, and the employee's right ring and pinky fingers were caught between the cable, pulley, and housing. The employee's right ring finger was partially amputated and the pinky finger was broken.
