Incident Narrative

An employee climbed up the side of a wheeled cart to retrieve a car door that needed to be shipped. When he lifted the car door, the rolling cart moved and he lost his balance. He then fell more than 4.5 feet, breaking his leg upon impact with the ground. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
