Incident Narrative

An employee was transporting two pallets of pails using a swing lift reach truck, which operates on a guidewire system. The pallet load came in contact with a protruding stored pallet, causing the pallet load to slide towards the employee and strike their left leg. They sustained a fractured left tibia.
