Incident Narrative
An employee was delivering mail. The employee stepped onto the back bumper of the postal vehicle to step inside the vehicle. His foot slipped off of the bumper and he attempted to break his fall using his right arm. The employee suffered several fractures to the right wrist requiring surgery and hospitalization.
