Incident Narrative
An employee was standing on the bed of the semi-truck throwing bundles of rebar onto the ground. When the employee went to throw a bundle of rebar onto the ground, the end of the rebar caught his glove dislodging him from the semi-truck onto a concrete sidewalk resulting in a head injury.
