Incident Narrative

An employee was performing remodeling work at a school. The employee turned off the breaker. He was standing on an 8-foot ladder and started stripping a wire, when he was electrocuted. He sustained burns on the right index finger and left middle finger. He also fell off the ladder and sustained a fracture to the head and twisted his back.
