Incident Narrative
An employee who was driving an unloaded stand-up forklift turned down an aisle. To avoid hitting an unoccupied forklift, he quickly turned the forklift and placed his right hand out to brace himself. His right hand struck the non-moving, unoccupied forklift, fracturing his wrist and the area between his index finger and thumb. He was hospitalized.
