Incident Narrative
An employee was attempting to start a malfunctioning truck engine while standing between the wall and the front of the truck. The employee sprayed starter fluid into the air filter while a coworker was turning the ignition key. The engine started and the truck moved forward, pinning the employee between the truck and wall. The employee suffered a broken right femur and was hospitalized.
