Incident Narrative

On 12/19/2017, an employee was standing in the parking lot talking to the plant manager of a customer. The area was marked adequately with cones and tape. As the discussion was taking place, a security guard for the customer drove his vehicle through the cones and struck the employee, throwing him onto the hood of the vehicle. He suffered a concussion and four broken ribs.
