Incident Narrative
An employee was standing on a ladder changing out a light fixture. As he reinstalled the light, he was shocked when he touched the wiring. He fell approximately 4 to 6 feet from the ladder and struck his head on the concrete, fracturing his skull. The fixture was energized at the time of the incident.
