Incident Narrative

An employee was entering the cab of a bulldozer. Upon opening the door, his hand slipped off the handle, causing him to lose his balance and fall off the bulldozer. He suffered minor lacerations to the head, a dislocated right finger, and a fractured or cracked sternum, requiring hospitalization.
