Incident Narrative

An employee was engaged in HVAC demolition activities on the roof. As he was attempting to push parts of the demolished HVAC unit off of the roof, his glove became stuck to the unit. He was pulled off the roof with the unit to the ground, suffering artery damage that required surgery and a cracked skull.
