Incident Narrative

An employee was walking along the edge of the lube "PIT" in one of the mechanic bays. He was cleaning the steel grates for the lube "PIT" when he stepped into the "PIT" and fell approximately 7 to 8 feet, dislocating and breaking his shoulder.
