Incident Narrative

An employee was removing cabinets from a second-story apartment, which was under construction. The employee was walking onto the plywood and 2X4 box, which was being lifted by a forklift, when the box, cabinet, and employee fell approximately 10 feet to the ground. The employee suffered two broken wrists, facial fractures, and a dislocated/broken right elbow.
