Incident Narrative
An employee was retrieving cleaning materials from a rolling cart to detail a car when a car drove into the area, crashed into another vehicle and that vehicle struck the rolling cart. The cart then struck the employee and pushed her into a wall. She was hospitalized with broken ribs and a broken pelvis.
