Incident Narrative
An employee had finished unjamming logs in the log deck when he asked a coworker to use a log turner on the logs. The area was not completely cleared when the coworker used the log turner. One of the logs escaped and rolled onto the employee, injuring his left knee, fracturing his left fibula, and lacerating his right elbow.
