Incident Narrative

An employee was helping to unload pipe from a trailer. When he attempted to roll the pipe, his left knee was pinned between a pipe stake and a trailer. He pushed the pipe back and dislodged himself. He suffered a deep knee laceration, tendon damage, and a kneecap fracture.
