Incident Narrative

An employee was sanding the top of the wing of a C-130. Another employee noticed his eyes rolled back as he appeared to lose consciousness. The employee fell approximately 2 feet from the top of the wing to the wing stand resulting in injuries to the employee's face and throat that required surgery.
